Every Women Needs to See This!!

      The words I write, the studies done will not be as powerful as this. The video is truly eye opening. Our views on beauty are so distorted. Our ideas of the perfect women are not realistic. If you "rate" the model before the make up, again before the photoshop and again on the billboard you will find you are not "rating" the same person. I hope magazines continue to push away from skinny, "fake" models and show off the healthy naturally gorgeous women. We do not need photoshop'ed, eating disorder, women to be the next generations role models.  

In Remembrance...

      Yesterday was a tough day, with the tragedy in Boston and the remembrance on the Virginia Tech shooting.  I encourage you to tell somebody that you love and care for them because you don't know what the future holds.  
       Bad things happen to good people, it is sad and something has gotta change. If you know someone who is mental unstable please get them help. Prevention is the key to change, you wash your hands so you don't get sick... right? I will get off my soap box, but tomorrow is not guaranteed for anybody so make today count.
